Ordering & payment

How to order

Message us with the product and size you want. Every product page has an order button that prepares your message for you. You can also order through our Facebook page.

A pharmacist will reply to confirm availability, your delivery address and the total.

Prices

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are shown on each product page. The price you see is the full price, with no VAT added. Delivery fees are added to your total and confirmed before you pay.

Deposit and payment

• To confirm an order, we ask for a 30% deposit of the order total, paid by InstaPay or a mobile wallet.
• You pay the rest in cash on delivery, after you have inspected your order (see our Inspection & returns policy).
• Your order is confirmed once we receive the deposit, and we send you a message to confirm it.

Delivery

• We deliver to Cairo, Giza, 6th of October City and Fayoum.
• Delivery fees depend on your area and are confirmed before you pay the deposit.

Cancelling an order

• Before your order is dispatched: you get your full deposit back.
• After your order is dispatched: the deposit is used to cover courier handling and shipping fees.
