Inspect your order at the door

Every order can be inspected on delivery. Please check the outer packaging and your items in front of the courier before you accept them.

Refusing an order at delivery

If you decide not to accept your order during inspection, you can hand the package straight back to the courier. We deduct the initial shipping fee from your deposit and refund the rest.
